To save you from having to create a password, you may sign in or create your customer account using a Google, Microsoft, Facebook or PayPal account. The provider you choose sends us only your first name, last name, email address and a technical identifier of your account with them. We never receive your password. This information is used only to create your customer account, to link it to your provider account and to authenticate you on your next visits. We use it for no other purpose.
Authentication takes place on the provider's servers, outside Quebec, under their own privacy policies. The provider learns that you are signing in to groupe.expert; we send them no other information about you.
Deleting your data
To have the information received from one of these providers deleted, to remove the link between your customer account and your provider account, or to delete your customer account entirely, write to us at info@groupe.expert with the email address of your account. You may also set a password and sign in without the provider by using the "Forgot your password" link on the sign-in page.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@groupe.expert. Your address will then be removed from our advertising lists within 30 days.
In accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and Quebec's Law 25, we retain proof of business relationship (invoice, quote request, commercial contact) for each contact used for advertising purposes.
Publication and sharing with third parties
We may share certain non-personal and non-confidential information about our company, such as usage trends of our services, with third parties. We ensure that no confidential information is transmitted without the customer's consent.
